Our client is involved in projects ranging from large scale commercial, retail, and industrial to large hotel projects. The company has a requirement for an experienced interior designer who is LEED accredited to join their successful team.

The successful candidate will assist the project manager in coordinating a high value interior design project which must fulfil the requirements of LEED. Duties include the coordination of the different design team activities as well as managing the day to day contract administration and assisting the Project Management team as much as possible.

Skills and attributes required:

• Degree Qualified in Architecture or Interior Design

• 8+ Years experience in Interior design

• Middle East experience essential

• Sound technical knowledge of requirements for interior design and fit out in large commercial buildings

• Proven experience of working on various mid- to large-size projects required

• Strong experience of interior detailing

• Ability to work to tight schedules

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software required

• Well-organised individual

• Ability to efficiently manage, delegate and motivate others
