Location: Dublin
Our client is currently recruiting for a Lead Architect to join their team.
It is preferred that the candidate has :
Requirements
· Degree Qualified in Architecture
· 20+ Years experience in building design and construction out of which 5-10 years experience with an airport project preferably with a consultant
· Sound technical knowledge
· Experience in construction of airport terminals, concourse and airport building
· Middle East Experience
Duties
· Taking a lead role on major, high-profile developments
· Liaising with top-class international clients and architects and make their ideas work Able to source a wide selection of high-quality options
· Able to lead a multi-disciplinary team, to resolve conflicts and deliver coordinated designs
· Able to train and motivate sub-ordinates
· Be able to report progress and discuss issues and solutions with the client team
· Be able to communicate with all levels of staff
